Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster

 Leader Training (SALT, Troop Leader, BSLST)

Why take trainingEvery Scout Deserves a Trained Leader!            Every Leader deserves training so she/he can successfully deliver the scouting program!

  • Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters are considered trained when they have completed Youth Protection, This is Scouting,  Scoutmaster Specific Leadership Training (Troop Leader, SALT or BSLST), and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (ITOLS).
Who:  All Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters.  Webelos leaders/parents.   Scouts turning 18 who want to become assistant scoutmastersCommittee members, especially Committee Chairs


When: four Tuesdays.  April 22, 29,  May 6, 13.  7:00-8:30pm.  Must attend all four nights to receive credit.

Cost: $4.00 (supplies).  Non-refundable.
